Gmail(읽기 전용): 메일마다 보낸 곳 · 제목 · 받은 시각 · 앞부분 약 200자. 본문 전체는 저장하지 않습니다. 인증 번호 · 보안 코드는 가려서 저장합니다.
메일을 보내거나 지우거나 읽음 표시를 바꾸지 않습니다.
2. 쓰는 곳
받은 정보는 이 채널을 운영하는 데에만 씁니다. 영상 올리기 · 예약 · 고치기, 운영 현황과 분석 화면, 놓치면 안 되는 메일 알림이 전부입니다.
3. 저장하는 곳
모든 정보는 운영자의 실행 PC 안에 저장합니다. 이 안내 사이트나 다른 서버에 올리지 않습니다.
Google 인증 정보(토큰)는 그 PC 에만 두고, 백업에도 넣지 않습니다.
업로드 기록 · 예약 · 채널 운영 기록은 운영자 본인의 Google 드라이브에 백업될 수 있습니다. 메일 목록은 백업하지 않습니다.
4. 다른 곳에 주는 정보
팔지 않고, 광고에 쓰지 않고, AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
텔레그램: 운영자 본인에게 알림을 보냅니다(업로드 결과, 계정 보안 메일의 제목 등).
Google Gemini: 운영자가 AI 기능을 쓸 때만 보냅니다. 제목 만들기는 올릴 영상 파일 · 채널 이름 · 운영자가 적어 둔 제목 예시, 글 다듬기는 운영자가 쓴 글(이메일 · 전화번호는 가림)입니다. Gmail 에서 받은 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 처리가 끝나면 Gemini 에 올린 영상 파일 삭제를 요청합니다.
법에 따라 요구될 때를 빼고 그 밖의 곳에는 주지 않습니다.
5. Google 정책
이 도구가 Google API 에서 받은 정보를 쓰고 다른 앱으로 옮기는 일은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
YouTube (YouTube API Services): channel name and ID; video list, titles, descriptions, privacy status and scheduled times; analytics (views, watch time, subscribers, estimated revenue).
Gmail (read-only): for each email, the sender, subject, received time and the first ~200 characters. Full message bodies are not stored. Verification and security codes are masked before storage.
The tool never sends or deletes emails and never changes their read status.
2. How we use it
Only to operate this channel: uploading, scheduling and editing videos, showing the operations and analytics screens, and alerting the operator to emails that must not be missed.
3. Where it is stored
All information is stored on the operator’s own computer. Nothing is uploaded to this website or to any other server.
Google tokens stay on that computer only and are excluded from backups.
Upload history, schedules and channel records may be backed up to the operator’s own Google Drive. The email list is not backed up.
4. Sharing
We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Telegram: notifications to the operator only (upload results, subjects of account security emails, etc.).
Google Gemini: only when the operator uses an AI feature — the video file to be uploaded, the channel name and the operator’s sample titles (title suggestions), or text the operator wrote with emails and phone numbers masked (text editing). Information received from Gmail is never sent. After processing, deletion of the uploaded video file from Gemini is requested.
We share nothing else except where required by law.
5. Google policies
This tool’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Because this tool uses YouTube API Services, the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
6. Retention and deletion
Google tokens: until the channel is disconnected (authorization deleted).
Email list: deleted together with the email permission.
Video, schedule and analytics records: until the operator deletes them.
